Shipping policy

Lloyd Parker Fine Art Photography ships made-to-order fine art works to Australia and selected international destinations. Please read the information below carefully before placing an order.
1. Production Time
All artworks are produced to order.
Production times vary depending on the artwork, medium, and finish selected. Unless otherwise stated, production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from the date your order is accepted. Kakejiku artworks will take longer and potentially up to approximately 3 months.
Production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to factors outside our control.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Once production is complete, artworks are carefully packed and dispatched.
Estimated shipping times (after dispatch):
- Australia: typically 3 to 10 business days
- International: typically 7 to 21 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other events beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, artwork size, and delivery method.
For deliveries within Australia, shipping costs are confirmed at checkout.
For deliveries outside Australia, and particularly for large works, shipping costs may not be finalised at checkout. If so, the checkout will clearly indicate "Custom Shipping" or "To be confirmed". In such cases, the international shipping cost is additional to the artwork price paid at checkout. After your order is placed, we will contact you with the confirmed international shipping cost before production or dispatch. You may approve the shipping cost or decline it. If you decline the quoted shipping cost within 14 days of it being communicated to you, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
Any applicable shipping fees must be paid in full before an order is dispatched.
4. International Orders, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are payable directly to the relevant authorities.
Lloyd Parker Fine Art Photography is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
5. Delivery, Risk and Damage in Transit
Title to and risk of loss for artworks passes to you once the artwork is handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we are committed to ensuring your artwork arrives in excellent condition.
Every artwork is carefully packed using professional packaging to prevent damage during transit. In the unlikely event that damage should occur during transit, we aim to resolve any problem quickly and to your satisfaction.
If damage occurs during transit, notify us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the artwork and the external packaging so we can assess the issue. Once confirmed, we will work with you to arrange a suitable replacement or other appropriate remedy. Please retain all original packaging until any shipping issue has been resolved.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.
